Pam's Baked Chicken

8 boneless chicken breasts
1 cup (sleeve) ritz crackers crushed
1/2 c parmesan cheese
1 stick melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup ( I use the fat free)
1/2 c milk
8 oz sour cream ( I use the reduced fat)

Mix cracker crumbs with cheese. 
Dip chicken in melted butter, then into cracker crumb mixture. 
Place in a 9 x 13 pan
Mix soup, milk and sour cream; stir well. 
Pour this mix over the chicken. 
Spread leftover butter and cracker mix over top of chicken. 
Bake in a 350 oven for about 1 hour, 15 minutes.

Serve over white or brown rice, even mashed potatoes on the side.
